Loved location and staff, they were very good!

The venue was fairly clean, offered good staff and location. The rooms were spotless with balcony. It was spotless, bigger then in most Zermatt hotels.

Perfect location and comfort, I enjoyed its essentials.

New-fashioned, neat room with balconies overlooking the rhine valley, everything was perfect. Hair dryers and towels were very handy. It had central location close to Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge.

Contemporary hotel, I liked its central location not far from all the bars and the train station. I've booked family room with balcony and everything was good. I was met by pretty friendly and accommodating staff at the reception😃😃

Little hotel, clean, welcoming staff and the beds were comfortable. Central setting of the venue. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Alpenhof that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Zermatt. Excellent stay, well-kept room, very kind staff. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Top location within walking distance of shopping malls and a supermarket. Toast, pastries and eggs were fine and different.

The hotel was tidy and the location and atmosphere were wonderful. Found in an secure part of the town. Also, the property was 2 miles away from an imposing mountain. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. They made my stay unforgettable.

Fab central location, gorgeous breakfast, VERY GOOD service and the staff was kind. Loved the queen room, it was functional the time we came in. It was next to Zermatt downtown. Nice interior, cheap restaurant.

Every detail was incredible from the beginning, including location and views, I loved it. I was given good-sized and neat room, just how I expected it to be. Found a place called Rosstall, set right at the hotel, ate there a few times...

Helpfull people working here, magnificent place. It was great to have an open-plan kitchen. Safe area very close to the hotel. Also, Castor Mountain was max 15 minutes walk to.
